Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days, and you'll get an email once your order is on its way.
Returns
If you're not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons we can only accept unopened vials for return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
